T. H. I. N. K. Child Care Philosophy:

The philosophy of THINK Child Care Center is to offer a developmentally appropriate curriculum. We strive to enhance social, emotional, physical, and intellectual growth in young children. Our program fosters curiosity, creativity, and self-esteem by considering children's abilities and interests.

Our Curriculum

The center provides a supportive and affectionate atmosphere, as well as the materials, equipment and exercises required to optimize the growth and development of each child. We believe that children deserve the best foundation for their early years.

We encourage self-confidence, spontaneity, curiosity, and self- discipline to assist the development of the child's social, emotional, and mental health. We accomplish this through designing programs that minimize frustrations and maximize success. We encourage creativity and imagination. We use the Creative Curriculum by Teaching Strategies. Most of the activities are designed to give the child "hands on "experiences. We believe that each success enhances the child's self-esteem.

Our Teachers

We at THINK Child Care Center believe that success begins in our neighborhoods, schools, daycares, churches, malls, and grocery stores to name a few.

We believe that if everyone makes a little effort to promote the success of our children, what an awesome place this world would be. We respect and value our teachers and continually seek to improve wages, benefits, and conditions for them.
